If Saturn Shadbala ranking #1 (highest) with 502 points is placed in 6th House with Bhava Bala ranking #12 (least) then what does it mean?

Also, Saturn Shadbala ranking #1 and being Lord of 10th H whose Bhava Bala ranks #1 then what does this mean?
Only, Moon with Shadbala ranking #5 aspects 10th House so how Saturn and Moon will give result of 10th House?
How do you analyse Saturn's highest Shadbala rank #1 posited in 6th House with Least Bhava Bala 12?

Shadbala and Vimshopak bala are the strength of the planets to give results.
They do not decide what results to give. Its simply the strength for giving whatever gud or bad results by that planet.
In ur chart YK Sat is places with LL/6L Ven in Libra (mool trikona sign of Ven), and it is a great yoga, despite the fact that it is in 6H.
However if we talk about ur career, Sat is debi in D-10 and you must observe its results in the dasha of Sat.
My experience is that a debi planet, in its dasha, gives obstacles and tensions in career.
You had Sat PD from Nov 2014 to Feb 2015.

Isn't that Ashtak of 6th being 42 means either no diseases/enemies or will overcome them?
Isn't Bhava Bala of 6th House ranking 12 mean it has least bala (capacity) to give result? (Not sure if I am interpreting it right) i.e. Will have enemies/ diseases.

As per my understanding it the 6H got SAV Score of 42 then it means there must be a concentration of planets in 8H
The final results never depend on just one thing rather the entire chart shd be seen in totality.
Can u share the birth details of native about whom you are talking.

You are right. There are 3 planets in 8th house: Jupiter, Sun and Mercury.
Its the same birth details listed above: 12-24-83, 16:20, Bhavnagar, India.
