Dr. Niraj - Parivartan Yoga in Jaimini

Post by Aravind » 23 Jan 2015

Dr. Niraj,

Are the parivartan between 2 planets similar in both Parashara and Jaimini systems ? Do they have the same impact ? IN other words do we have Parivartan Yoga in Jaimini system ?

For somebody with a Jaimini mutual aspect between Atmakaraka and Amatyakaraka in lagna and a parivartan yoga between Atmakaraka and Amatyakara in Navamsa considered a powerful raja yoga ?

Thanks
Aravind

As far as my knowledge goes. I would say to not mix up the 2 systems of Parashar and Jaimini.

In Parashar. We have Grah Drishti and in Jaimini we have rashi Drishti. if the rashi in which the Atmarkarka is positied is aspecting the rashi in which Amatyakarka is positied then we can conclude some effects or results.

Stick to Jaimini when using it. Look for the any Jaimini Raj Yoga being formed by the combination of the Karakas and Aspects of Rashis. Then return to Parashar and apply it's methodologies. Finally compare and cross check the results of both.

And simply there is no partivartan yoga in Jaimini. Yogas do take place in Jaimini but are unlike Parashar. There as to be some differences right..?

Parivartan Yoga in Jaimini

Post by Aravind » 05 Apr 2015

A planet say Mars ( Atmakaraka ) in the 10th bhava of Gemini and Mercury ( Amatyakaraka ) in the 4th bhava of Scorpio do not have any parivartan significance in Jaimini ? In Parashara generally this kind of exchange has a positive impact ( of-course depending on other planetary position ) is int it ?

Would appreciate if any of our learned members throw some light on this

Thanks

Dear Aravind
Though with Gemini in 10H, Scorpio in 4H is not possible (It must be Sagittarius in 4H) but your question is valid. Not much material is available on the use of exchanges in Jamini system.
Jamini system is a system of broadly timing of the events. Fine tuning shd be done by Vimshottrai dasha.
God bless you

Apologize Dr. Niraj, it is 11th house of Gemini and 4th house of Scorpio for a Leo ascendant.

Thanks
