Dr Neeraj: is upapada lagna an effective way of predicting?

Dear Sir,
I came about a book which states that UL is not an effective way of predicting about future spouse.
What is your opinion on this. Do you find that UL gives quite an accurate picture of future spouse based on you personal experience?

No correct and absolute prediction can be made on the basis of one parameter, but yes its one fo the deterministic factor.
