Now lets summarize again about "How to Analyse UL?" & assimilate other marriage related parameters:
1. See the planets in UL and analuse from it (benefics gives gud partner & vice versa)
2. If no planet in UL, see lord of UL shd not be in 6/8/12 from it. Lord of UL aspecting UL is quite gud.
3. Analyze 8H from UL (Benefics give long life to marriage & vice versa)
4. 1P & 7P in kendra to each other gives perfect understanding. Their placement in 2/12 or 6/8 axis gives misunderstandings.
5. DK (dara karaka) is used in timing of marriage thru Jamini method, while 7L is seen in D-1 & D-9 for timing of marriage in Parashari. In both dasha shd be conducive for marriage.

When transit wise Sat & Jup aspect any house simultaneously, it is called double transit.
At this time that house is fully activated.
Sat controls celestial clock as it stays in a sign for 2-3 years and in this time when Jup gives green signal, results are bestowed to native. Sh KN Rao has written a lot on double transit for timing of events.

Your Mer is not combust as Mer and Sun are in separate navamsa.
Moreover coz of its retro motion Mer is going towards is deepest exaltation Sign. It is in own navamsa too. It is very strong in shadbala, vimshopak bala as well as SAV score. It is posited in 5H with LL Ven and 9L Sat, making a Rajyoga of highest order.
So overall Mer will give u gud results.
Rahu is also exalted in UL. It may give u some sort of unconventionality in ur married life.
