what is the procedure for sending PM and i am receiving so many emails to my personal mail and i am not able view the senders email to reply ,why is it so if i am not able to reply why sending to my personal mail id

If you read the mail that you get, there is a clear text saying that the reply address of the mail has been set to the sender. The mail id is not visible to you when you read the mail, but once you click the reply button on your mail client, the reply is ready to go. Please read the mail carefully before asking obvious question.

Your PM should also now be set. Pl check.
