How do stop queing for posts to be moderated before submission?

Forum Guidelines and How To's: create an 'avatar', post an image, deal with technical problems/solutions, make a suggestion, etc.

How do stop queing for posts to be moderated before submission?

Is there any requirement/rule to stop having all messages being sent for moderation on main forum?
please advise, thanks.
