Good chart does not seem to be true..

Respected Astrologers,

Having got my chart reviewed from several astrologers over past decade I always got good feedback on the same. But sadly I never felt it is that good as life has always been full of problems. Recently out of frustration I raised question that if chart is good why I never feel that way. One forum member pointed out that my birth time may be incorrect. All details are present in this thread. My most sincere requests that senior members of forum please check if my birth time needs correction and what is my actual chart. is it the same we are checking till now or is this a big confusion..
