A humble request for my Birth Time Rectification

Hi
My life has always been through difficult phases. No astrologer could help me out.
I am very sure that my known birth time is not correct. Please someone with good knowledge of BTR help me.
My birth details are as follows :-

Date of birth - 06 November, 1981
Time of birth - around 07:10 am (Not sure)
Place of Birth - Delhi, India
Sex - Female

Some major events of my life are :-

Married on - 22 April, 2016
Divorced on - 06 December, 2017
Father expired on - 06 November, 2004

I am childless, have no brother, only one elder sister, My complexion is fair, I sing well but not trained, I love perfumes, My mother is very supportive, I do not have many friends, I possess reserved nature, I have been working as a tutor for last 10-11 years. Currently going through a mental worry regarding finance which may or may not get resolved in future. There is a possibility of losing my savings in coming days.Beginning of Saturn mahadasha from last year has been quite supportive for me, except the worry regarding finance from last month.
