Is my son autistic?

Dear Astrologers

My 3 year old son is way behind in his speech. He still has very few words, doesn't even call me amma by his choice.

He showed slight Autism like signs since he was a little baby, but whenever we take him to doctors, they just find few signs in him but eventually rule out being autistic.

At 2.5 years when we took him for speech therapy, again his therapist was not able to train him since he dint respond much in the positive. Again he couldnt be put with the autistic kids therapies since he dint fall in their category.

He will turn 4 years in march, and today he is way behind in many things compared to kids his age whereas he has certain extraordinary talents like identifying certain things based on symbols or logos etc..

As a mother I am very tensed and pray he is not autistic. Can autism be analysed from his birth chart?
Please analyse his chart and advise me.

He was born on 19th March 2015, at 18.12 hrs, at Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. (Lat : 24 17'N, Lon : 55 42'E)
