Yeddyurappa taken the oath of chief minister unconstitutionally, without the council of ministers so B.J.P has not formed the government. He couldn't exercise any power as chief minister.

Anyone telling unconstitutionally, free to go and challenge in court on the Governor who appointed as CM of 13th Assembly Karnataka ( includes Mysuru state) election results in 2018.
The CM who was appointed by Governor, Mr.Yeddyruppa represented BJP party

Members, should know, Governor is a representative of President of India, He/She commands the same respect as that of President. Supreme Court cannot overrule a decision taken by Governor/President. Governor's has discretion power, no court in India can step into it. Only operation part/ time part can be debated in court

Opposition party couldn't able to prevent Mr.Yeddyruppa becoming CM representing BJP in the 13th Assembly election, on the merit of a Party having maximum seats ( over post poll alliance of opposition parties), and Governor allowed for a Vote of confidence to be proved in operational days

Yes, First BJP formed the Govt in 13th assembly election result, which was predicted by me a month before through Prashna analysis.

Prashna analysis is only for person who has undergone thorough exercise, it requires significant amount mathematical analysis and intuition.

Where was the B.J.P government ? Why the other members of the so called government could not take the oath? Why you cannot able to see that B.J.P will not be able to prove the majority? Just a guess work not astrology. Today is Monday and Moon in Ashlesha.

BJP has crossed the magical halfway mark to form the Govt, in KA, even Congi+JD-S combo will not get to form coalition govt

Supreme court has overruled the governor by giving just twenty four hours instead of fifteen days , to Mr Yeddyurappa , to prove the majority. Kindly do not mislead the forum.

Well looking at the current political scenario how long will the JDS+Congress government be in power?Is it possible that it could collapse even before 2019 elections?

If I am given a choice to select a number between 1 to 249 I would go with 36.
