Namah Shivaaya,
What exactly is the time of birth of a child!?
Almost all of us are aware of the fact the time of birth is very important and why we need to get the accurate time of birth. Coming to the question, Is it the time when the head comes out first from mother's womb?
or is it after cutting of the umbilical cord? People often says that the thoughts of our Poorva Janma (previous life) stops when umbilical cord is cut, although the Vaasanaas will be carrying by us, if not there's meaningless of the birth!, The first Vaasana that we'll take from the chemical reactions happens in the planet, If someone beat us we'll cry with suffocation in breathing, is this 1st breath considered as the time of birth?
We confirm the death of a person only when he breath's last, So, 1st breath should be considered as Time of birth is it? But inside the mother's womb also child gets Oxygen from the cord right!? So, when is exactly the time of birth?
Thanks!
Re: Definition of Time of birth??
I believe it should be the moment of the first breath, which suggests some birth certificate times are a few minutes off.
