Birthtime rectification request

I was an incubator baby born pre mature . 19dec 84 4 10 am Ahmedabad female. In case my birthtime has some fault , how do I rectify my time. Obviously I would have been born early if the time is wrong. How much difference will that make in horoscope and destiny . How do I know
