Very ambiguos birth time. Still possible to rectify?

My roommate has her accurate birth date and location. But the time is not known for sure. Her hospital record shows 9:30 am, her father says around 4pm and her mother keeps saying she was born at night.

Her mother was critical and everyone was looking to save her, and probably that's why no one managed to remmember the exact time.

Since the time range is so broad, is it still possible to get her accurate birth time by rectification?

Yes, it can and it should be able to rectify. Because, astrology is mathematics, and if mathematics is there, than it should be scientific. Time in olden times calculated in scientific way, so therefore, Rectified Time birth will be scientific and should be presented with science and logical way.
