Effects occur before the actual period starts

Dear All,

Why do I feel the effects of the upcoming Dashas (antar, etc) before it actually starts?
Please note I am not talking about Sandhi or rectifications!
For example, I felt the evil effects of my Jupiter Mahadasha 8-12 months before my nice Rahu Mahadasha ended.
Similarly with Venus, Moon and all the other planet periods.

Is this something to do with degrees or the position of Moon?
Is birth rectification needed?

I think your birth time is 19:12:13.
Moon position is 6 degrees 59 minutes in capricorn.
Jupiter dasa started on jan, 5th, 2011.
Good time started from Rahu dasha - Mars antara. 18-12-2009.

Similarly with Venus, Moon and all the other planet periods./not necessarally.In your said statement,it is called "dasa chidram"effect only.Rahu-kuja andhra gives such negative signs.
