How to find correct lagna for newborn

For a newborn, if the birth time is just at the time of lagna change (33 seconds later next lagna change), how to find out which lagna the newborn belongs, when it is not possible to find out exact time of birth in minutes-seconds (doctors dont note birth time in seconds and they are busy looking after baby's wellbeing in first few seconds after birth) ?

To be specific, my query is for end of Cancer lagna and beginning of Leo lagna in current transit i.e., Ju in lagna or Sun+Ve in lagna ? What features in newborn or his parents/family can indicate which of the lagna is he born ? Cancer lagna or Leo lagna ?

Hi skp23,

One can never be sure of lagna ,when it falls on the border. The larger ayanamsa would pull back the lagna
and place in ihe previous sign, while a smaller lagna will move the lagna to the next sign.

That apart, if parents can suggest to the doctors in advance to record the time of cutting the umblical cord,
which physically separtes the mother and the child. The time machine used should be synchronised with the
atomic clock. This quite possible these days.

Later as the child grows, using other technical methods, the lagna can be chosen.

Thats what is the dilemma....to note down the accurate time. Baby's father did keep atomic clock ready however nature plays it's game. Baby was suddenly found deteriorating as per the machine (of American hospital) though till 15 minutes back, all was well and baby was expected to be born after 4 hrs. Due to machine indicating stopping heart of baby, doctors rolled the mother to OT for c-section under spinal anesthesia....but it didn't work and in-panic doctors dopped mother to unconscious with available drugs in hand and cut abdomen open to pull out the baby. (In usa it is unacceptable to have dead baby during labor when mother is already in hospital, so doctors tried all to save baby). And on operating, the baby came out fine and immediately cried on his own yes you can laugh that a newborn fooled 3 expert doctors and 8 other hospital staff mimicking as if he was deteriorating.....and forced them to bring him out in the world....within 5 minutes. In sll this rush none of doctors or staff could note down the exact birth time. Poor father when arrived in scrubs with 'atomic watch' in hand was told that baby is already born and is doing fine.

As they say, someone up there decides when a new life is to be given to a soul with XYZ karmas, this was a clear example of ditching all odds and getting born when it wanted leaving parents doctors and everyone confused why it happened this way.
Baby has 2 panchmahapurush yoga in either lagna but question was if he had it with exalted JU and SA or own house Su and Ma.

As you said " getting born when it wanted ", the child would grow and live as he/she wants, leaving behind all astrologers
probing the chart for the manifestation of yogas. Generally, any analysis of a horoscope is recommended after the age of 8. So just watch how the child grows and be blessed by the Lords.
