Chronic allergy,sinus issues

Hi, I've posted on this topic some time back, but the condition didn't improve so I'm posting again.
This are my details-
D.o.b- 14/12/1992
Time- 12:44pm
Place- Malda, India
I've been suffering from chronic allergy,sinus, cold,constant watery sneezing, watery eyes/rhinitis from a long time, and I've tried all kinds of medication from allopathy to ayurveda but none of them worked, and medically none of them able to provide the accurate reason behind this issue, and each of them gave different reasons.
Currently I'm wearing Pukhraj in right hand ring finger,cat's eye in right hand little finger and red coral in left hand ring finger, what should I do next?
And one more question can blue moonstone solve this issue?

Wearing yellow sapphire and Red coral is the right choice. You should avoid wearing cat's eye.
Then gems have to be worn in a muhurta worked out specific for your location to get benefits.

For health problems try home remedies. You can easily google and find out.
Personally, I have benefitted from doing home remedies and make some changes to food. Some food items are giving your allergy.

For my study could you send me date of father's loss and how old was he.

Dear rache,
Please propitiate Sun by sun gazing for 15 minutes ...That is looking directly at the sun during sunrise preferably before 7 am ..and after that please do surya namaskar for say 10 minutes ..Please follow this routine and in a few months things should improve.

@RamananJi, Ok I will do that, normally i wake up at 5:30am,and do morning walk on green grass. Now I will add the Surya namaskar too, let's hope for the best.

@Sujit ji, I've tried home remedies like Tulsi leaves,turmeric,honey but they don't work on a long term. I've changed my diet completely to veg foods only,less oily and spicy food,but at certain times even during walking or travelling suddenly out of nowhere constant sneezing starts,and then eyes start swelling and a pain starts at head and everything goes down from there.
My father passed away on 3rd July,2018 at morning and he was 72 at that time.

On my part, I'd very much appreciate if you could kindly share some more details of yourself and this medical condition. To start with, kindly confirm your gender (I'm inclined to think you are a female, leaner side with weak physical constitution - please confirm) and let me know since when (dates/timeline - I'm inclined to think you've had the problem at least since 2012) you've been experiencing this problem - along with insight into the treatment [which antibiotics, for how long, puncture of sinus cavity (how many times/when) etc.].

I'd like to correlate your feedback with my observation and try to share potential remedies, that might be helpful and give you relief.

When you do sun gazing then dont do it on bare foot especially in grass..Please wear slippers..an also surya namaskar with a mat and not on grass or ground

@Sishya Ji, No I'm a male .This problem started from 2006 onwards, before that, I never had any health issues, in fact, I used to be great at sports. At first it started with simple sneezing issue at winter season, so our local doctor suggested to use inhaler pump, along with antibiotics for some weeks, but the issue didn't stop at that and it continued in a similar manner and I used to suffer from 3-day fever so the doctors started giving me paracetamol with evil500, and this practice continued for some years. And this issue again went up during early 2009 when my eye-issues started and I had to start wearing spectacles. After that when I've visited Apollo hospital in late 2009, they told me there is a problem in the flow of air to the nasal region precisely sinus region, and they suggested me to avoid scents, perfumes, dry air or any kind of air that may be the reason behind this issue and they also continued with inhaler and some antibiotics for some months but they were also not clear about what's the actual reason behind this issue, so after 1 year, at 2010 I've visited again and this time again they did the tests and they found nothing, simply nothing, not even a single issue, so they asked to continue the same medication for life, after that I moved to homeopathy this time also they gave some different allergy medicines like allium cepa etc., but the issue remained same, condition improves for someday during medication but then everything goes downhill. So, this thing continued till 2015, after 2015 my health condition really started improving and for continuous 3 years i never faced any issues, but then from last 1 and half year the issue started again, and precisely in last 3/4 months it's really taking a toll on my research work.

Hi Rache,

You are into research work. Please let me/us know if you are a student - perhaps a Phd scholar. Also let me/us know if the problem is more to do with inflammation of sinus cavity, runny nose, nasal congestion and stuffiness. It would also help to understand your height and weight (just to understand your physical features).

Secondly, please detail any change in food/sleep habits and/or change in living environment (location) in all these years - specially since the start of these problems in 2006 and more particularly during the improved condition between 2015 to 2018.

@Rache The time line you just narrated matches with your condition perfectly.

As per your details given you are running Venus dasha since late 2005 and as you stated you were problem free prior to that.Your Venus is 8th & 3rd lord bring pisces lagna placed in 11th with saturn it's bound to give it's significations of its lorded houses.

Taurus signifies the throat nose sinus & most face region while libra rules lower abdomen and sexual parts etc.

You ran Venus/Jupiter from 2015-2018 as Jupiter being your lagna lord fairly placed in 7th aspecting lagna degree closely gave that 3year breather period to you(pun intended).

Now Venus/saturn will disturb you till mid 2021 it's also saturn return time for you & u have to brave it out and things will improve in ve/me from 2021 later half onwards for a good 3 yrs untill Venus ends in 2025.

@Sishya Ji, Yes I'm currently a PhD scholar at a govt institute. The problem mainly starts from nasal block, and runny nose and then it shifts to other areas like eye,ear.
No, except one small change of house in 2005 no changes in living environment till 2019, regarding food there's not much change except increase in Chinese food intake, and maybe 1 or 2 year of non-veg food intake( I'm completely vegetarian now.) . And again no change in any kind of circumstances during 2015-18.

Hi Rache,

Please bear with me for the long post. I've observed similar situation when Venus is deeply combust in a chart, indicating weak physical constitution. Incidentally, member @Agog has already detailed possible connections, along with timing and effect of Venus Maha Dasha.

Venus is in a friendly house of Saturn. In your case though, being conjunct with Saturn (in his own house in 11th house of achievement/fulfillment is perhaps driving you toward your career/academic goal - that of being focused on your research) is possibly making you lose focus or not be disciplined in your eating (healthy and safe) and/or good sleeping habits. This is probably contributing to a weak physical constitution/disposition - for the root cause of Chronic Sinusitis and Atrophic Rhinitis is weak physical constitution, normally diagnosed in students in their teens or early twenties (given your age and perhaps your handle, I got misled and assumed you were a girl). Apart from that, you also need to focus on addressing any infection of the Sinus cavity and hygiene/cleanliness it.

If I'm anywhere close in my assessment of your condition, I'd suggest the following:
1. Change your eating and sleeping habit - time to grow up and be responsible for yourself.
2. Consult with a good ENT specialist and get yourself a prescription of an appropriate antibiotic. This is to address the infection in the Sinus/Nasal cavities.
3. Look around and try to get yourself a dispensation of 25% Glucose in Glycerin. This helps in inhibiting the growth of proteolytic organism. I've wondered why doctors aren't more liberal in suggesting this, instead of the regular/expensive nasal drops. Guess we don't want to debate the conspiracy theories of the Pharmaceutical industry and their dubiously (il)legitimate ways of minting money,
Usage: Lay down on your back without a pillow. Apply 5-6 drops in each of your nostril while keeping your head down for around 10 minutes, to help the solution get into your sinus cavity and work its magic.
4. Now to the more important part; clean your nasal/sinus cavity thoroughly. This is ideally done by mixing salt (to taste) and 1/4 of tea-spoon of soda (baking) in lukewarm (not cold or hot) warm water and washing your nasal cavity - by taking water from one nostril and getting it out of the other (or through your mouth). Blowing the nose will help any decongestion. Repeat the same from the other nostril. Follow this for at least 5 times for each nostril.

Given your situation, I'd suggest that you start with 3 times a day and gradually drop it to twice daily until you have cured yourself. Good luck and best wishes. Your feedback (after following the suggestion) will be very much appreciated.

Oh! By the way, I've also wondered the 3rd aspect effect of Saturn (11th and 12th lord, in Swakshetra) over Lagna Lord Jupiter's 7th aspect on the Lagna, during 8th lord's Maha dasha. Add to it, Gulika is posited in the ascendant rasi of Pisces.

@Sishya Ji, regarding the discipline part, I used to be undisciplined during college days only, but from masters onwards, also when I started working I had to become disciplined. Now, I'm trying eagerly to recover from this illness. And most of the famous ENT specialists I've consulted start with nasal spray or inhaler so I'm pretty skeptical about visiting them again.
I will do your suggested remedy alongside Surya namaskar, let's hope that I can overcome this illness in quick time.

By the way, the condition is invariably precipitated due to weakness and limited immunity. So, following a good discipline of eating well and on time will help build the much needed physical strength and immunity.
