Constructing Harishchandra Ghat/Temple as a remedy

As many of you all know , there are many nadis . Each nadi belonging to a lineage of Sidhas .
Each nadi has a kind of signature remedies - a type/kind of remedies. But Kakabhshanda Nadi
prescribes constructing a Harishchandra Temple near cremation grounds.

Any logic/reasoning behind this ? Does any one get benefits/punya by helping people do any part of
their last rites in Varanasi/Kasi or other powerful places ??
