Which gem i should wear to get a job

Time: 9:59pm
Place: Tehri uttrakhand, india

I am currently wearing yellow sapphaire of 4.7 carat but with not much benifit. I tried to wear red coral but it made me and my faher very sick. I wore hassonite but it made my mind more dull and confusing. Please help
