I am wearing a diamond (ring finger) and blue sapphire (middle finger) in my left hand and a ruby (ring finger) in my right hand.
I met a guru ji who asked me why I was wearing the gemstones in my left hand. His argument was that the left hand signifies our past deeds and therefore, the gemstones (Neelam and diamond) should be worn on the right hand since we cannot
really change our past.
He also suggested me to remove the Ruby (right hand ring finger) because since Sun and Venus are in the same house, I shouldn't wear it because Sun is likely to damage the things related to Venus.
But the ones who made me wear them in the first place must have thought of something too.
What should be done?

Past deeds concept might be correct.Uca1is wrote: ↑24 Oct 2018I am wearing a diamond (ring finger) and blue sapphire (middle finger) in my left hand and a ruby (ring finger) in my right hand.

But, left hand is also bio-magnetic force of present life.
In fact, both hands have pros and cons in many matters.
Gemstones work differently in different places-
neck, left hand, right hand, fingers, shoulders, ears, etc.
Depends on the distance between Sun and Venus in degrees.
If it is more than 12°, then Ruby can not damage Venus significations.
In another way, Sun and Venus must be either friends or yoga karakas.

Astrostar,
Thank you for the reply. Sun and Venus are in close conjunction due to which Venus is combust.
He also added that if something good is to be expected, Blue Sapphire and Venus would suffice.
More info:
Libra asc
Saturn and Moon - 5th house
Sun and Venus conjunction - 10th house
Just started with Saturn Mahadasha recently

+ I'm a female.
Re: Which hand are the gems to be worn on?
Venus is only 3° away from Sun. And Sun is a badhaka lord too.
Yes, Ruby can damage, health significations of Venus such as hormones, glands.
what he said is correct, should not wear Ruby.
Blue Sapphire is good.

Thank you for your reply.
I guess the Ruby was to strengthen Sun as I am preparing for Govt. jobs. But I wore it way back when I wasn't wearing the diamond.
So, the left hand is okay?

Astrostar,
Thank you. :3
It is mixed up.
I also recall him telling me to switch the diamond to my left thumb if I was unwilling to remove the ruby as it is that portion in the hand which represents Venus and the ring finger is basically representative of the Sun.
Thank you

But follow him, only if there is no problem in activities,
else, do not change.
Any how, must remove ruby later.

Re: Which hand are the gems to be worn on?
Hello Astrostar,
I have been facing some trouble with regard to gemstones so thought of writing to you since you helped me before. Any help would be appreciated.
I am still wearing the Ruby in my right hand and Diamond in my left. The thing is that I used to wear Emerald around my neck earlier and it broke. I was asked to wear it again and it formed a crack again. I believe my Mercury is in a very tough position. So for now, no gemstone for Mercury.
The strange(r) thing is that my Blue Sapphire also got cracked. I have been quite anxious since then but I was told that the gem took the fall for some bodily harm and that is why that happened. PLEASE share your views on this.
Also, I reached the final stage of a job but didn't make it to the final list and a couple of other things happened (In short no development on the job front yet) so, finally I have been asked to wear an Opal in my index finger to strengthen Venus (more).
Kindly share your thoughts about all this, if possible.
