what are the remedies to be done for saturn and rahu appeasement.

Saturn
Iron, sesame seeds and oil, kajal (collyrium), blue colour, sapphire. Any of these things worn, offered, used.
But biggest biggest way of appeasing Saturn is by praying to Hanuman and by being good to poor people and old people and to everyone in general. Honesty is the best way to appease him.
Rahu - he wants you to realise that life is an illusion that's the reason why he creates illusions. So the moment you let go of your ego and attachments by praying to God and by being humble, Rahu will no longer trouble you.

For Saturn praying Hanuman is the best remedy .for Rahu it depends on the planet it represents in the individual chart based on that it should be given
