Jewelry and Skin Tone

Post by Khoo Hock Leong » 13 Nov 2017

Hi Learned Members

It is not a coincidence that certain races are more compatible to certain gemstones because of their skin tone hence the representative planet that represent them as a whole.

Chinese people are represented by Venus. Their skin tone is more white and shining than even the Caucasians who is more towards the bright yellow hue. Green jade of all shades are the Chinese favourite. And of course Chinese people like diamonds too (the shining gem) which brings them prosperity.

Indians are more black than others mabye perhaps except Negroes. Saturn represents them. They like blue sapphires which gives them Raja Yoga. Venus gems that are linked up with Saturn like turquoise also is good for them. And of course pure white crystals which helps to uplift the purity of Saturn is also refreshing for their skin tone. They also like gold which represents Jupiter in its purest form which is what Saturn likes.

All blacks including Indians which have a lighter shade of black of their skin tone should try for blue sapphires of the colour of corn-flower (it is a fact in Jyotish that even amongst a particular gem, different colours are suited for different castes, but here in this thread we are talking about skin tone).

Caucasians which are Jupiter, love hot stones like rubites and red coral which enhance their decision-making process. In their society, being assertive sometimes verging on aggressiveness to prove their point, is not frowned upon.

Wearing yellow sapphires for them, would help to enhance their status, by making them more intellectual in the way they approach things, for those who are more tamasic in their nature.

For the islanders where Moon represent them, and their skin tone can range from black (the waning and dark Moon) to white (the waxing and bright Moon), wearing pearls would help to fixate their roles in society, so that for example, if they are warriors (law enforcement officers) wearing a south-sea (black) pearl would make them more energetic and focused and if they are working from home (domesticated business) wearing a natural (white) pearl would make them more attuned to the general public needs.

The pearls, whether black or white, should be flawless, as flawlessness represent the ability to withstand the attack by saline or other acidic solution found in the water where the pearls are first evolved.

" Indians are more black than others mabye perhaps except Negroes. Saturn represents them. All blacks including Indians "

What kind of belittling statements are these ? Pls refrain from making these. For your kind information many Indians are as fair as the most fair Europeans. For instance I myself am so fair with a tinge of ruddiness that I get mistaken as European ( I've been told this by many, including Germans with whom I regularly interact )

Secondly, Jewelry by skin tone frankly is too absurd at least astrologically. Maybe The color contrast of the gems may be relevant to ones complexion, say a dark skinned person wears white pearls. Yes, Astrological texts state that geographical locations are ruled by specific planets, but are you sure you have read in any text that advocates gemstones by skin color, I doubt.

The theory of gems can be roughly classified in the following :

By astrological divisions whether nakshatras, navamsas divisions, our Sun sign, ascendants, planets that you want to boost in strength or make less weak etc.

By using colour therapy.

By numbers.

By names.

By dharmic purpose behind each gem.

The use of skin tone is actually a combination of the colour therapy theory and the last theory which relates gems to dharma; with the former taking a larger percentage as a basis of the theory.

The colour of our skin gives a clue as the kind of gems which we should wear if we are attracted more towards to the colour therapy theory. But like in your case where you are a fair skinned Indian, then you have to carefully analyse your lineage to see to what extent dharma dictates that you wear the same kind of gems as your brethern Indian since the colour therapy theory does not hold sway for you strongly in your case.

Having said that, according to those who specialise in spiritual gemology, numbers are the best bet to go along with in terms of choosing the correct gems.

Again, all junk information based on simplistic derivations and never really going through a real text. I will just counter one of the simpleton's genius derivation. Rest can be assumed to be wrong as well.

OP's assertion: Chinese people are represented by Venus. Their skin tone is more white.. blah blah blah, whatever

The assumption: Skin tone = White, therefore Venus represents China.

A classical text says Ketu resides over Chinese, fools, unrighteous persons etc. Here is the screenshot:

Even if the translation is wrong, all readers should know to ignore this thread as it's filled with ignorance.
