Please help

I moved into a new house, ten years ago and since then have started to display the following :

Symptoms
-------------
Increased heart rate
Too much hunger
Suicidal tendency
Disturbed sleep
Bad dreams
Violent thoughts
A HOT sensation all over the body (even my Mother feels this)
Can't think clearly or no focus/loss of interest
A sense of heaviness, pressure
Loss of energy/weakness
Thirst (Mouth feels dry all the time)

Sometimes, it feels as if my life is being pulled out of me or as if someone is trying to harm me in some way. I don't understand what is going on. Could someone please help ?

I keep a photograph of Sadguru Shri. Shankar Maharaj under my pillow, while sleeping, and it has helped me a lot
