Exalted mars with ketu in Capricorn

This is a conjunction that will be there for the next 5 months. I am surprised that few people are talking about this. What does a Mars Ketu conjunction in a chart represent ?

How you generalise the effects of planets like mars-ketu blindly?planet placed star decide the outcome.If you are really want to know based on stars.Start applying the method that i was given in that post.27 stars are divided in o 3 tara navaka chakras.so 27 x 9 = 243 different results mars will give . Like the same way ketu does.If they are in same star ketu dominates mars results.
