Transits and Navamsa

Hello, sorry if my question is stupid. I want to know if a transit impacts based on natal planets in navamsa too? For eg. If I have saturn in navamsa in Sagittarius will saturn transit to Sagittarius have any impact on me like a saturn return?

I think it will have an impact on the areas of life, that Navamsa stands for :)
