Mars/Ketu with Saturn aspect December 2016

What do people see for the world this December, around Christmas time, with the Mars/Ketu conjunction exchanging signs with Saturn? I've read some blogs that suggest terrorism, and others compare the time to a point in US history when a president assasination attempt was made.
