Thread starter or the original post in this thread has the same information... as do a few websites, although there are other websites with slightly different birth-times, as well. So, I'm sure everyone will understand if I've been a bit skeptical with information from unverified sources.

Considering the concept of Desha-Kaala-Patra, I'm sure anybody with a fair knowledge and understanding of Astrology would have advised the (one of the prominent and powerful political) family not to divulge accurate details and instead encouraged to spread a altered time, specially if there are inherent issues in the birth-chart.

Further, it would make sense to validate perceived image/character and reality (actual facts), while matching with what's observed in the birth-chart (as planetary positions), Dasha-Bhukti, Transits etc.

That is exactly what I seem to be missing (with my humble understanding of the birth-chart, using the time that has been shared). Further, Ascendent or Udaya Lagna seems to be placed in a Cusp/Sandhi, right next Jupiter/Guru-dev... and changing in less than 9 minutes. So, in reality as called out previously, I'm not convinced with accuracy of the shared birth-time.

Would love to learn and understand if more correlations are made.

The Gandhi family could/would do anything to further their political interests - I'm sharing my honest astrological observations based on this date/time - Rahul Gandhi 2:28PM; New Delhi ; June 19th 1970 birth details.

Rahul Gandhi as much as his conduct/speech is far from dignified/refined even for a common man -
We find Sun and Jupiter in trines (hints at affluent/royal lineage, present in charts of Prince Harry, William, John F Kennedy) and also in Rajiv & Priyanka chart.

Using Thula (Libra) Asc, Jupiter (R) in lagna. With Jupiter in lagna it is said that chanting Om Namah Shivaya just once will wash away all sins of all births. But Gandhi family is far from any dharmic lifestyle - just create image for political gains. Jupiter (R) in lagna will be very negative for Thula Lagna (unless truly humble, dharmic)

Using the birth time - In the Navamsa - we see afflicted Venus debilitated in the 12th - clear sign of lack of Bhagya/fortune overall and not having marital fortune.

Saturn debilitated in the 7th indicates the kind of people he associates with.
Sun placed in the 9th with Maraka planet Mars and aspected by Saturn & Rahu - this can clearly indicate loss of Father early in life.

A politician/businessman are naturally ambitious/goal oriented/driven by their end goal - and that shows up as Lagna lord in the 7th like Indira Gandhi, Sanjay Gandhi, Priyanka G, Adolf Hitler - it shows their go getter attitude.
We don't see that fire in Rahul - Even with all the political legacy - he seems a Struggling politician (like a a struggling actor).

Alternatively one can be clear, independent minded, driven by own efforts/philosophy - like Jayalalitha/Annamalai, fight valiantly and emerge thru their struggles. Rahul does not fit this bill either.

In South India - there is a Astrological dictum - Male born of Moola Nakshatra - lives like a King.

I'll take a break here - but definitely interested to see what people have to say about my analysis.

Would love to learn and understand if more correlations are made.

It would be nice if there was more clarity with regards to acceptance or otherwise of stated birth-time, thereafter correlations/justifications made for past events and predictions for future. I would very much appreciate if one were to factor-in Dasha/Bhukti and Planetary Transits, apart from Planetary placements.

As called out previously, the native is in the midst of Rahu Maha-Dasha (as per Vimsottari Dasha System). So, any thoughts on Rahu's inclinations/influence - specially with upcoming transit of Rahu-Ketu would be very interesting.

Rahul was born in vargottama Libra Lagna with Vargottama Jupiter with directional strength,making the chart very strong though the only weakness is Kemdrum Moon in 3H , house of self effort and valour . Here Moon the the lord of 10th house and Jupiter is the lord of 3rd house and 6thhouse. Jupiter is under the aspect of Saturn a yogakarka for Libra Lagna but not making any Rajyoga . But as per B.P.H.S chapter 40 sloka 13 , if Rashi , Hora , Dreshkone , Navmansha , Dwadshansha and Trimshamsha are conjunct or aspected by same planet , then its a Rajyoga . Here in his chart Jupiter is in the Lagna of Rashi , Navmansha , Dreshkone and Hora making it 4 out of 6 divisional charts which is 66.66% Rajyoga .
Moreover, 5th Lord Saturn under the constellation exchange with Venus again making a Rajyoga of Lagna Lord +4th and 5th Lord. And Antar Dasha of Saturn is running and he became the leader of opposition.
