Saturn is Rajyogkaraka for Libra/Taurus. But it is also a malefic planet. So for these two ascendants, during transit will it give positive or negative results in the house it is transiting and houses its aspecting during transit?
If he is Rajyogkaraka when and how will it do good to the native?

Even though its hypothetical question but given the condition, Saturn would be RK or Yogakaraka for these 2 lagnas, thus would be natural malefic but functional benefic. Being benefic for these 2 lagnas wont change the inherent behaviour and being natural malefic wont stop the benefit from the Saturn. Thus as a whole both parts of the planet would show the result. Something like it would definitely delay the events but result in material benefit. There will be obstacles but once the time of result would come it would give good and positive result.
