Lagna is Scorpio, rashi is Dhanu with moon in 2nd house of Sagittarius. Lagnesh going to 12th represents a problem, in addition other issues that may exist in chart. It sort of prevents native from progressing, by going one house behind.

It is strange in your chart 1st lord in 12th, 12th lord in 11th, 11th lord in 10th, and 10th lord Sun, in 9th... not sure if this some type of yoga or dosha. Jupiter the dhanesh and panchamesh is debilitated, Venus is also debilitated in 11th house. Mercury-Rahu conjunction is close in 10th house, and could lead to problems in the workplace, with native reacting suddenly and unpredictably to situations.

By the way Bachelor's degree or education or intelligence is in general seen from 5th house. Higher education is seen from 9th house. 4th house is our basic education. The education which Mother's teaches one's Kids! Even I've Ketu in 4th, I'm in Post graduation right now. In Bhaava chart it's showing that your Ketu is shifted to 5th, So you've to read the results of 5th house, I think! Kindly confirm with learned Astrologers!
