I read in an article that rahu in 3rd house makes a person eldest/ youngest or eldest/ youngest in same sex. Is it true?

It can mean alot in vague terms. You might have a younger sibling labeled as "weird" "different" or and outcast by society. Or you may hanker for a younger sibling at some moment in times.
