Debilitated planet with friendly dispositor. What happens ?

Born 31th august 1978 at 6:50 am in Udine Italy. In Navamsa chart i have Mercury debilitated 10th lord in 7th house. But its dispositor is Jupiter in Leo in 12th house (i am a nurse). Mercury is also aspected by Mars in Leo. Do Jupiter and Mars 'save' my debilitated mercury from giving too many negative effects? I mean does a positive dispositor and/or a positive aspect on a debilitated planet save him to an extent? Diminish its negativity????

Also Mercury debilitated in Pisces in 7th, aspects Venus in 1st house debilitated in Virgo. So the two debilitated planets aspect each other.
And Mercury dispositor is Jupiter in Leo.

What does it all mean ?

Two debilitated planets aspecting each other is a Rajyoga, but its not possible in case of Venus and Mercury in D-1. Mercury is in own Nakshtra, so has the strength.
