Vishnu and the Shooting of the Three Tower City Set Up by the Demons

I read in a website that if there are many planets in the 10th bhava or even just one superior planet in the 10th bhava, the evil aspect of the natal chart gets destroyed. Lal Katib says if there are planets in the 10th but none in the 4th, the individual would not get to taste the nectar of his fruits of success, but that is another matter altogether.

In this one is reminded of the story of Vishnu shooting the arrow at the Three Tower City Set Up by the Demons. Shiva reincarnated as the bow and the arrow represents dharma.

10th is Vishnu (Krishna). 3rd is Shiva who is the bow which is inert unless he has to settle some dhama issues (the arrow) and you need a shooter which is Vishnu who is also in charge of maintenance of the cosmos.

With is tools (the 3rd bhava is 6th from the 10th), he aim at the direct line of sight of the 4th bhava (4th represents the sky, the Earth and Patala Lokas). 4th can easily get malefic influence so it needs periodic cleansing now and then. Planets in the 10th bhava would do the trick. Once it is cleansed, it expands into the 9th which is 6th from the 4th, and the dharma that is created is more easily followed, with less maleficity along the way.

Notice the dharma house 9th is 12th to 10th (Vishnu). Vishnu himself also has some dharma in his makeup. He has to aim the arrow of dharma properly at the Three Towers.

If you are citing the 'Tripura' city story then Shiv was the one who shot the arrow and not Vishnu. Is that the story you are referencing? Please cross check.
