Can anyone decode the personality of male with Mars and Venus in Capricorn in Vedic reading?

I worked with a male who had Venus Mars and Saturn in Capricorn. The Saturn might be influencing the effects I noticed in him, but he had a very calculated, diplomatic personality and was able to work with anyone, even people he strongly disliked. Very conservative dress sense as well and had an appearance that made him look more mature (not older) than he is.
