I am working as a s/w engg. Some astrologers said its nri horroscope. But I am not getting any opportunity for atleast onsite project.

Thanks for the reply. But why I am not getting a chance to settle abroad if I have the required combination. Previously many said that I will go in coming future, but I am not getting chance. Can you tell what exactly stopping my chance.

What do you say about the following?

For leo lagna, Mars (4,9 lord) debilitated in 12th house Cancer.
Rahu in 7th house, Aquarius.
Saturn (6,7 lord) and Moon (12 lord) in the 5th house Sagitarrius.
Sun (LL) and Venus (3,10 lord) in 11th house Gemini.
Jupiter (5,8 lord) and Mercury (2,11 lord) in the 10th house Taurus.
Ketu in Lagna (Leo)

Going abroad is indicated? Or the debilitation of Yogakarak is the main issue here.?

You do have strong indicators for staying away for place of birth (4L/9L in 12th as well as Ra in 7H). Mars MD, Ra MD/AD will give you travel overseas. For now, short travels are possible - Su (in nak of Mars) dasha usually gives travels for governmental/work reasons or for pilgrimage.
