shilpa Thanks. The guy is happily married. We are both highly qualified engineers, very sound and logical. He says he does not know when and why he is drawn and neither do I. he is in late 40s and I am in late 50s. My kids are grown up-I am a divorcee for last 22 years. I leave for a long business trip in a few hours. Both of us were kind of edgy over the phone. I thought its best to call of even talking on the phone-and I said so to him today-it is upsetting too. so that's that now. Best to stop before beginning. But I am upset and he is angry with me.

why you want to avoid it is not clear ?

Maybe You want the relationship...but you want to have someone else to validate it for you (like an astrologer) ? That's not the best approach...won't help.

Use your free-will to make a decision either way...and should fate decide otherwise...so be it.

As stated earlier....the Ket-Ra mutual conjunctions does suggest.... an unfullfilled electric-volatile relationship that will will hit heights, but fall short of a happy ending.

yes I wanted an honest opinion. and I got it.yes, we both do want to get in the relationship, but we are in a business relationship and he is married. it could explode in our face. is my worry and he does not seem to think at all about it!! thats what I think-or may be he is thinking too. thats what makes it difficult to meet even if we want to. we cannot be away from our work and meetings-and makes me edgy when he calls and talks.
I am abroad and will be here till end July after that he will be abroad... and this goes on. being in the same business circle, we have to be very careful too. In any case, for next 20-25 days nothing will happen. But I do miss talking to him tremendously. I wish it goes either way and stays there.

it's not directly related to the topic of discussion, however I will try to answer.
Ketu in the 12th is one of the best places for ketu to be....as 12th is the house of Moksha and Ket is the Mokshakarak.
Implies that the individual has a high degree of free-will...owing to a lot of positive karmik credits he is carrying...and is getting closer to final emancipation
and with Saturn also therein, exalted implies a strong spiritual, charitable disposition, religious minded person aware of the need and value of good karma.

Makes the person introverted, social recluse...but good from the POV of Karmik rebirths.

yes other planets with Ketu would have some interpretation that can be made by reviewing the entire chart.
