I want to take up chanting the mantra of any one planet for the moment.

I am 29 & hence my main focus at this moment is Career and Wealth.

As per my chart Which planet mantra should I take up for the above purpose ?

we cant liken mantras to petrol.

how can the same bija pronounced in two different ways produce one and same result....


afterall these are all in sanskrit..... so there must be one only way to pronounce a given word

Suppose Mars is Conjunct Ketu in D-1 Chart.

Does Ketu add or subtract power of mars ?

what effect is exerted ?

also Rahu will be in opp house

I was born in Rahu Mahadasha & lets suppose I will expire at age of 84 in Sun Mahadasha.

so in life I will have gone through following mahadasha : Rahu, Jupiter, Saturn, Mercury, Ketu, Venus & Sun

among these which will be my Best & worst Mahadasha keeping all factors in mind such Wealth, career ...

so how would this apply to Dhanu Lagna in current transit... where they have saturn exalted in 11th & ketu opposite in 5th ?

the confusion is regarding interpretation of the sanskrit text to state whether the ending is 'm' or 'ng' or 'n'

Case example 1 :

Hreeem vs Hreeng

Is it : om hraam hreem hroum saha suryaya namaha or is it : Om hraang ...

I just noticed that you have exalted sun & saturn in opposition..... I once read that two planets exalted in opposition cancels the exaltation.

but would be better for some experienced member to deeply analyse and comment

But the basic question of this thread is still unanswered.... what is the basic difference in effects of a retrograde Jupiter from a direct ? all other factors remaining constant.

I recently read that a Powerful Jupiter in it's own sign like Dhanu/Meena or in exaltation in karka & in a Good house like ascendant/9th can protect the native from all problems & bestow great blessings !!

However if this same Jupiter is retrograde then it loses ...

There is one observation that i have made.

Most people born in the 1983-1984 period will have an exalted Saturn along with Jupiter in it's mool-trikona in Saggitarius.

hence for all these people.. an exalted Saturn will aspect this Mool-trikona Jupiter by it's 3rd aspect.

what will be the ...

In The chart i have.. Saturn is exalted in 11th house from Lagna & in Navamsa it is in 10th house in Pisces.
