Yes,you have kala sarpa dosha.
But apart from that you have shrapit dosha (sat+rahu) and chandal dosha (Jupiter + ketu).
These other two doshs are also bad so do their remedy as well.
I am still learning astrology so please ask other senior members of the forum to verify it.
