Sir i can only try. Well i think there cud be some delay but not denial.Delay bcoz saturn is conjunct with 7 lord in d1; in d9 saturn aspects 7 house.So saturn has some control over my 7 house.
Rahu in lagna in d1 aspecting 7 house can lead to unconventional marriage.

If a planet is retrograde but debilitated in D1 it can be considered as exalted but can this be applied to navmansa also i.e. a planet say jup is retrograde but debilitated in D9 , will it be still considered exalted?

my asc is aquarius
venus in 11house and jup in 2 house
