No I am not unsure bt it has been suggested above that this might be the case based on the events in my life. However, my birth certificate does say time as 00:36 AM only.

What I meant with "Exalted saturn in tula lagna" was that my saturn is exalted and it is located in Tula Rasi.
Sometimes you need to read in between the lines :) .
