Is it possible at all for Taurus Lagna to have Dharma Karmadhipati Raja Yoga? What if Saturn is either in the 9th or 10th house?

I feel so full of potential, and yet it seems as though many significations in my chart tell me that i will not succeed in life... not many rajayogas, ruler of the 9th in the 8th, debilitated full moon, etc. does my chart signify success or failure in career and life? and do above mentioned elements ...

Can anyone please shed light on this topic?...

My ruler of the 9th, Mars, is places in the 8th house. I wouldn't say Mars is terribly aspected, but I'm still wondering what to expect from this lordship. Is luck truly spoiled?

My Venus is placed in the 9th house, whereas Mars is placed in the 8th. How is it that the Venus period is less favorable than the Mars period?
