Nice chart. From dasa lord and ascendent mars in 3rd house..i noticed people with mars or saturn usually have issues with boss and work place. You may shine in u r own business. Before any advise wt about your spouse are you married... partner play key role, possibly met in foreign land.

Some times hope is important thing. In u r chart venus and saturn are sastastakas ( 6 n 8 th from each other)
Also there is a saying venus mahadasa will give a jolt in saturn antardasa. So its difficult time till end of antardasa...things will be little better after nov 2019 but not best ...
