His chart looks very tough to stay in motherland being Rahu in 4th house (malefic in 4th ) 2nd (family ) lord in 12th , 12th is in 12th and 9th in 12th ,water sign in 10th ,movable sign in lagna ...he may look something which need him to stay a place where culture food language is different like ...

My suggestion will be only that you should match charts before marrige and by saying that I do not mean the 36 guna milan ,some one who can check the quality of houses rather than a quantitative analysis...
