Would you say that indulging the debilitated planets would result in generating very bad karma in future births?

Can any learned astrologers shed some light onto this - How do debilitated and exalted planets function in dasamsa?

Interesting observation. I have Mars conjunct Rahu in 6th from lagna, and I experienced a stalker problem a while ago.

What triggers this event? Is it a negative transit of some sort or triggered by a particular dasa period?
