I think she has just started mercury antar dasha and it will end in 2021. Even after that she will have Ketu antar dasha which is in 7th house . Further more she will run Sun mahadasha which is Lord of 8th house and is in 7th house conjunct ...

No it was arranged marriage but all happened suddenly in Jan 2015.

Girls father died mid 2009 and grandfather died in mid 2010.

Also forgot to add since 1995 father was away for job.
