I have unusual pain in my shoulders and lower back. I have felt discomfort in these areas on and off earlier, and healed up in a day or so. This time, the pain is from deep within.

Reporting back on my experience with the Sankata Nashanam Stotram Argoba and Denyblackburn mentioned.

I have been listening and singing along to this stortram from a youtube video. It brought some level of relief from the anxiety and somehow soothes the mind.

I am in Ketu-Mercury phase. Health took a bad hit towards end of Ketu-Saturn...some days good and some bad.
Can't plan my activities too many days in advance, since I have no clue on how my health might be.
