as per ur chart venus is 2nd lord (wealth, family condition) and saturn is 11th lord (Income, ) both are weak and in 8th house, u had 9th lord jupiter sitting in 10th house that menas till 2013 jupiter gave good results in its dasha. saturn is good though there is mercury anter right now till 2019.

it true jupiter being 2nd and 11th lord is in 12th house and also weak in shadabala, so money matters will always concern u,
