Neeraj sir,
Saturn in his enemy sign of Scorpio is posited in the 2nd house from UL but receives a 9th house aspect from Jupiter and a 7th house aspect from Mars. Does the aspect of benefic planet neutralise the ill effects of a malefic placed 2nd from UL?

Ashwin

Re: Prediction Rules for Jamini: Step by Step (Part-5 UL)
Neeraj sir, you mentioned that if Mars and Saturn are 8th from UL it could lead to a divorce. What if Mars alone is positioned there? Does this indicate a second marriage in the chart? Also, do we look at aspects when we examine the UL?

Re: Vipreet Rajyoga -The luck unleashed
My 12th lord (mercury) is in the 8th house in a friendly sign (Aquarius) and creates a Vipreet Rajyoga. But the main dasa of Mercury happens at the age of 98. Does that mean its effects won't be seen in my case?

Neeraj sir,
At age 25 - During the Sun-Saturn dasha - I had no significant event related to my career. I was in a stable job. A job which I got during my Sun-Rahu dasha.
At age 26 - During the Sun-Mercury AD and PD - I got a promotion and pay hike in my job.

Re: Navamsa 10L Dispositor.
Thanks Neeraj sir for your kind reply. I can now look forward to the period after June this year for an improvement on the job scene. You'd be surprised to know that I met a Nadi astrologer last year who said my 5-year long job dissatisfaction would end this year and that I would get a job I would ...

Thanks Neeraj sir for the thoughtful response.
I am trying to learn more about the concept of the 10th lord's depositor, so please bear with me if my questions are lacking in clarity.

Re: rahu in 9th house
I have Rahu, Sun and Jupiter sitting together in the 9th house of Pisces. Jupiter is in his own house, but combust, making him weak. I have heard that Rahu takes the form of the planets that are sitting with him or the house he is sitting in and amplifies those qualities. Rahu alone in the 9th could ...

Re: Mars & Buddhism
Mercury represents Buddhi - intellect. And the word Buddha that is often associated with Mercury is again a reference to intellect as opposed to 'awakened ones'. Sometimes planets are used to look up the Ishta Devata for an individual, and I've read that Mercury represents the Buddha or otherwise ...

Re: Concerning career
In Nadi astrology, when there is a parivartana yoga between any two planets, it is considered that these two planets are in their own house. I wasn't aware that parivartana applies even at the level of lordship of houses. I always thought it applies only when planets exchange houses. In D9 - Jupiter ...

It is interesting you'd mention about Einstein's intuitive capacity. I always thought as a scientist, Einstein had a very mystical approach to life, which is rare in scientific circles, in which they stress on the notion of deducing the world purely through the intellect. I shall take some time and go through the earlier threads that you are referring to with regards to the spouse's lagna and the navamsa chart. I am very new to the forum and to jyotish as a whole. So I trust your knowledge in this matter. I was only sharing the opinions that I heard elsewhere. The 7 ...

Swaraj is in Udaipur, yes. It makes sense to avoid looking at the divisional charts because in a space of 4 mins my entire D9 lagna changes and it is quite possible that my birth time is not precise to the minute.

Re: Navamsa's 7th house
I read something recently that is interesting. I also have Aries as the 7th sign in navamsa and its lord Mars is sitting in the fourth house of navamsa.

Re: best zodiac placement for moon?
To cite another example: Moon in the 12th house can signify a spouse who suffers from chronic health issues (7th from it is 6th). Sage Ramana had the placement of Moon in the 12th I think. Perhaps that explains his meditative mind as 12th is the house of loss of self (ego).

Re: best zodiac placement for moon?

[quote="ChandraLagna"]Other than Rasi, no other varga has "houses", so 7th lord of Rasi being in 6th house of Navamsa is not much meaningful. 6th house for your chart remains Sagi and cannot keep changing depending on varga ( referring to your different thread on this topic)

Concerning marriage
Hello. My parents had consulted an astrologer and looking at my chart he told them that my marriage would not work out if I married before 30 and I should rather wait till 35 plus to marry in order to avoid a divorce scenario. He asked me to get a yellow saphirre gemstone and wear it on my right ...
