In my case, SUN is Atmakaraka & hence my Karakamsa Lagna changes.

I am seeing Parasara Light software giving different degree/minutes for same Ayanamsa & same birth details.
For my birth details PL gives - SUN 23:18:47 in Capricorn Navamsa but JH gives SUN 23:24:52 in Aquarius Navamsa.

True Nodes will give accurate results. Whether wobble or not, their effect is based on where they are actually located (mathematically).

Step 1 -> Look at the calendar and note down the date. If it is 12 am or more, it is next day.
Step 1 -> Look at the watch & note down time.

Put above in a good software, you will get correct horoscope. It will automatically adjust for Day light savings etc. I have two people in my family born ...

I use Jagannatha Hora & I see Charakaraka 7 or 8 setting with and without Rahu. I know K.N.Raoji supports 7 and Sajay Rathji supports 8.

Same way there are three different Chara dasas - Parasara, K.N.Rao and Rangacharya.

I would like to know in your experience, which is working better 7 or 8 ...

Birth time is when you take your first breath. Not when your heads comes out, not placenta attach/detach, not when umbilical cord is cut. For my two kids, I have noted down all the times which are few minutes apart.

You can have a kid still born - there is no horoscope.

@srcs - Actually I am looking at the horoscope as a whole and trying to explain my life events. What I understood was that chara dasa can closely predict life events, like birth of my kids, death of father etc. So I am trying to check whether the Chara Dasas match my life events.
