Further to the above tests already done , we went to a neurosurgeon , who has clinically ( No XRAY recommended ) said there are no major indicators , requiring further invesigation .

Yes she is in transition , around 14 years . The period process is normal as would be for a teenager , sometimes painful for the first day, but the gyanecs have ruled out any connection of periods to the nausea/weakness problem.
